Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iscrawlable.com (the "Service"), operated by Xie Miao. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What the Service Does

iscrawlable.com fetches publicly accessible files (robots.txt, llms.txt, HTTP headers, sitemap.xml) from URLs you submit and reports whether common AI crawlers appear to be permitted or blocked. Results are informational only.

Important Limitation — No Guarantee of AI Indexing

A "Pass" result means our scanner detected no blocking rules in publicly accessible files. It does not guarantee that any AI system will crawl, index, or cite your content. AI companies make independent decisions about crawling and indexing that are beyond our control. Do not rely on our results as a warranty of AI visibility.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to check URLs you own or have permission to test. You agree not to:

• Submit URLs belonging to third parties without authorisation
• Use the Service to probe internal networks, private IP ranges, or non-public infrastructure
• Attempt to use the scanner as an SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) proxy or attack vector
• Submit URLs for the purpose of testing or mapping third-party security configurations
• Automate requests beyond the published rate limits without prior written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and IP blocking without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@iscrawlable.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Creem. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase. We will endeavour to maintain the Service, but make no guarantee of indefinite availability.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its interface, and our original content are owned by Xie Miao and protected by copyright law. The scan results we generate for your URLs are yours to use freely.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE. ROBOTS.TXT RULES AND AI CRAWLER BEHAVIOUR CHANGE FREQUENTLY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF SEO RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the account settings page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
